yesterday… the ‘KING OF POP’, Michael Jackson passed away… due to a reported heart attack. The reason for his death is still being researched… however, the fact remains… one of music’s greatest artists has passed on.
Whatever legal issues there have been (such as sexual allegations), its indisputable that MJ changed the face of music and left a deep impact in the history books.
I remember playing the Moonwalker game on the SEGA Genesis as a kid… that was fantastic!
I remember listening to his music in Romania during the communist era. for all the restrictions and monarchist actions that communism brought… no matter how hard they tried to stop people from seeing the outside world… they couldn’t stop the Gloved One’s music from entering our borders.
I remember coming to america… and listening to his music all the way into the mid 90s with enjoyment!
I remember arguing with my best friend in middle school that he was STILL popular, while he maintained that MJ was no longer in the media (right before the sex allegations)….
I remember being confused who Michael J. Fox was… thinking him and Michael Jackson were the same person….
while i can’t say i listen to MJ anymore… I can definitely say many parts of my life have been sprinkled with memories of his influence.
What’s up??

My mother still loves to listen to his music with her iPhone.
I’m doing good. Yasuko, do we know each other?
I think the last MJ thing i listened to was a remix of “The girl is Mine” by Will.i.am.
