holy bejulees!!!
so you might know i threw out my back about a month ago. i have been feeling a BIT better… not much… gotten down to just having tingling sensations where pain used to be…
so… with confidence… i decided to go for a run and hit the gym. BIG mistake. i get back home… i check myself… feels ok…. no problem. 1 hour later… feels like my ribs are collapsing on themselves and feels like my leg is on fire… i start crying from the pain… sitting is no good… laying down only causes the pain to shoot throughout my whole body. what do i do? pop some clonopins to make me relaxe… and pass out. wake up… feeling fine. WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT!!?!?!?!?!? does this mean i cant work the body any more!?!?!??! i am friggin pissed off… i will have to go through a process of elimination now to see what cauzed it… i pray its not RUNNING AND BENCH PRESS… those are the two exercises i love the most…. but… i fear running might be an issue…
what with your leg constantly slamming on the ground…. i guess i could do swimming… just… never done it. yeah i know how to swim… but never did it for sport….
