9 am – 2 boiled eggs, 15 baby carrots, 16 oz soy latte (soy milk and coffee)
12 pm – small grilled chicken sandwich… small
3 pm – 20 oz jamba juice carrot/ mango/orange mixed juice blend, protein pretzel (made from soy,wheyprotein, some wheat, nuts)
8 pm – grilled chicken, with baked mushroom/onion/pepper stew (medium bowl), 1 cup deep fried yams, 1 glass wine, 2 strips of raw salmon.
