12 pm – 1 granola bar
3 pm – 2 medium plates fish, steak, rice ball, grilled mushroom, 1 beer, 2 diet coke cans
9 pm – 1 cup cherries, 1 small bowl apples and oranges, 1 diet coke caffeine free can, 2 strips of ham.
exercise – 30 min jog @ 6.2 mph, 5 min elliptical, 5 min stationary bike, 30 min weight training.
