friday – medium plate of dumplings, rice and vegetables from chinese restaurant at noon. jamba juice 20 oz carrot/organe juice mix, and a bag of beef jerky for dinner.
saturday – 1 small tub of ice cream (approx 1000 calories), small plate of pasta (both around 4 pm)
sunday –
12 pm – noodles steamed, with raw vegetables
7 pm – quesadillas (3) with salad, avocado, and tortilla chips
