i don’t recall what i ate over the weekend… but mostly similar to prior weekend…. a bit healthier… however… i know what i did for workout…
friday was same as any day with food
saturday was a not so healthy day. I only ate one large meal, and had beef jerky with diet coke for dinner
sunday was… lost… don’t remember..

friday – morning 30 min jog @ 6mph, 30 min weight lifting
sat – nothing
sunday – 20 min jog @ 5 mph, 10 min elliptical on level 11, 30 min weight lifting
