9 am – soy latte 12 oz, multivitamin drink (oddwalla brand, small), granola bar
1 pm – subway chicken wrap (eq to 6 inch size around 400 cal consisting of a wrap, raw greens, grilled chicken), diet coke 16 oz, 1 medium chocolate chip cookie
8 pm – raw lettuce with olive oil/vinegar medium bowl, 1 strip bacon, 3 small peices broiled pork, 1 broiled egg, 1 glass wine.

7 am – 30 min run @ 6 mph, 30 min weight training
7 PM – 30 min run @ 5 mph
