9 am – 2 boiled eggs, 15 baby carrots, black coffee
11 am – 1 glass grapefruit juice
2pm – tuna salad with greens and vignagarette salad dressing (1 medium bowl), 2 cups lemonade (sweetened)
7 pm – irish coffee (1 cup), 1 small slice tiramisu
9 pm – grilled tomatoes with chicken (medium bowl), 1/2 cup walnuts

7 am – 30 min running @ 6 MPH, 30 min weight lifting
