12 PM – 1 large burrito WITHOUT rice / 1 cup tortilla chips, 1 slice of watermellon
3 pm – 1 small slice cake
8 pm – 1 medium bowl raw cabbage, broiled chicken with avocado (small plate), rice drink with sweetener, 1 small bowl strawberries
exercise :
7 pm – running 20 Min @ 7 MPH, stairs for 5 min vigorous, elliptical machine 5 minutes vigorous, situps (approximately 500 over a 5 min. period)
