7 am – 1 apple
9 am – 2 boiled eggs, 15 baby carrots, soy latte (2 cups with coffee and soymilk only)
12 pm – shank of lamb and 1 baked potatoe (1 medium plate total), side of raw greens (tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, broccoli… 1 small bowl)
3 pm – 8 pcs m&ms
6 pm – 1 apple
9 pm – red rice soup with seaweed (small bowl), raw spinache with olive oil and 2 strips of bacon (large bowl), rice drink (sweetened – 2 cups), and 1 cup grapefruit juice
EXERCISE
7:30 am – jogging @ 6 mph for 30 min, weight lifting 30 min
walking throughout the day total 45 min.
