1 PM – 2 Subway chicken Wraps (1 hoagie with bread is about 400 cal… i estimate a wrap is about 300 cal)
5 PM – Apple
8 PM – rice drink (2 cups), 1 medium bowl of raw cabbage with soy jam seasoning, tepanyaki with beans (1 plate)
