LiveStrong.com has an amazing article in their blog section that … a lot of people, frankly, still refuse to believe. I won’t debate anymore about it, as i’m tired explaining to people how the body works and processes food…. so here’s the blog and a summary of the main points.

1. saturated fat does not cause heart disease
2. eating at night or morning makes no difference on burning calories
3. 5 meals vs 3 meals makes no difference. all that matters is how many calories you put in vs take out.
4. eggs, and the yolk are not bad for you and do not have massive amounts of cholesterol
5. Sodium/Salt is an electrolyte and is needed in combination with water to properly hydrate the body.
